England & Wales BB/GB National Band Championships
Twenty five bands took part in an excellent day of friendly competition at the Northwood Stadium, Stoke on Trent on 7th June 2008.
There were many different styles of music and all of the young people gave of their best to provide an entertaining day for the appreciative audience.

Beginners Class - 1st Malvern BB
Novice Class - Hull and East Yorkshire GB
Open Class Indoor - 13th Bromley BB/ 1st St Mary Cray GB
Contest Class - 4th Stafford BB/GB
Championship Class - 10th Wolverhampton BB/ 1st Lanesfield/1st Coseley GB
Cadet Class - 4th Stafford BB/GB
Open Class (Outdoor) - 13th Bromley BB/1st St Mary Cray GB
Drum Major - Ashley Elliott, 11th Northampton BB
Individual Drum - Daniel Kemshed, 11th Northampton BB
Individual Valved Instrument - Simon Davies, 1st Tamworth BB
Individual Non-Valved Instrument - Ben Harrison, 11th Northampton BB
